Dealing with omtech support was aggravating. I spent way too much time waiting in the queue just to get a reply, and when someone finally responded, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. Tech support kept sending the same basic troubleshooting steps that didn’t fix anything. After going back and forth for days and getting nowhere, I just gave up.

It works fine and feels like a good value for what I paid. I haven’t had any major problems with it so far. The only thing I noticed was it took a little getting used to at first—did anyone else have the same issue?

The box arrived in good shape, so no complaints there. It just took a bit longer than I was expecting. In my opinion, the shipping wasn’t bad overall, just not exactly fast.

I was hoping it’d be a bit smoother, but it runs kind of rough and—yeah, it just doesn’t feel like great quality overall...

I bought it from omtech.com thinking the setup would be simple, or at least kinda clear, but nope. The instructions felt scattered all over the place, and I kept having to jump around YouTube just to figure out basic things that should’ve been explained better.
Once I finally got it going, it still wasn’t exactly smooth. The software felt confusing and not very user friendly, at least for me. Maybe if you already know your way around these machines it’s fine, but as someone new to it, it was just a headache from the start
